An interesting link

Hey everybody!

My buddy Ari Marmell just published his first non-product-tie-in novel. You can check it out here!

Busy, busy, busy...

Hey there loyal readers!

I am glad you guys are still reading this despite the lack of updates I put out. It's been a busy time lately, with the Christmas rush at work and all the working out (I am getting noticeable results from my workouts!), and all the other stuff going on.

In what little downtime I've had, I've been writing.

This is The Big One. I haven't been this excited to write about anything in years.

I don't want to discuss it too much right now.

That would give away all the good stuff and surprises.

See you soon with some updates.

Colin ;)

Hey

No blog entry lately, eh?

I just updated the library a little. Lots more coming.

Curmudgeon

I was thinking about it the other day and I realized that I'm starting to sound more and more like my grandfather as I go along. Every so often, I'll catch myself thinking some incredibly old-school, very grouchy, curmudgeonly thoughts.

Example: A week ago, I'm walking through the mall at about one o'clock in the afternoon and I look around and realize there are teenagers all over the place. Roaming in packs of four or more. The thing that ran through my head was "Do kids even go to school anymore?"

The Colin who said that is not the Colin I was only a few years ago.

Not to sound like an old man, but in my day, I never skipped school to go to the mall. Perhaps it's because we went to school out in the country, and were not able to easily make it to the city. Perhaps values have changed. Some of these kids were even there with their moms.

Is that curmudgeonly? I'm going to let you, the readers, decide.

Looking for new games

Hello readers!

I am currently in the market for new games. By that, of course, I mean board games. I have been looking at four games in particular:

Talisman, Descent, Tomb, and Runebound.

Has anyone played these games? Can I get a review?

Thanks,

Colin :)
